Returns & Exchanges
At Mascot Madhouse, we understand that shopping for t-shirts online – while ultra-convenient – comes with the disadvantage of not being able to actually try the shirt on before purchasing. And we know all too well, that all t-shirts do not fit the same. So if you order a Mascot Madhouse tee, and after trying it on (but before wearing it) decide you’d like to exchange it for another size, no worries, we’re easy. Just send us an email to: email@example.com for return instructions.
And while we closely inspect our shirts prior to shipping, if you happen to receive a shirt that is defective in some form or fashion, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 weeks of when you received the shirt to qualify for a return or exchange. Although we strive to exceed your expectations, if you fail to notify us of the defect within 2 weeks of receipt, your return or exchange may not be authorized.
If you received the shirt you ordered, the shirt fits, and is not defective, but for some reason you’re not satisfied with your Mascot Madhouse tee, please seek immediate treatment from a licensed physician and/or psychologist. If you somehow avoid the straightjacket and still want to return your shirt, email us at: email@example.com explaining the reason for your unsatisfaction and we’ll make it right with you.
Shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges may not be refunded.
We suggest, but do not require, that you insure any returns or exchanges for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include a note explaining the reason for the return or exchange. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Refunds are processed upon receipt & inspection of the return. A refund for shipping costs may not be granted. Please note, returns may take up to 2 weeks to process once the merchandise has been received. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
